I spent over ten years leading global teams inside Vodafone, ALDI SÜD, and PUMA, including groups of +30 people. Digital transformation, CX and eCommerce strategy, conversion optimisation, replatforming legacy shops, turning a tired digital presence into one customers actually want to use. The lesson that stuck: the hardest part of change isn't the strategy, it's getting people to actually own it.

That's why I paired that experience with a Master's in Business Psychology. It's the combination clients come back for: someone who understands the org chart, the customer, and the person navigating both.
